IFFCO Italia is proud to announce and share the prestigious results achieved from the International Taste Institute on the Superior Taste Award 2021; the most important food certification focused on taste.

Cooking Cream Gran Cucina and Whipping Cream Hulalà have scored over 70% and have earned the following Superior Taste Awards:

• Hulalà whipping: score achieved 84.2%, 2 stars (corresponding to “exceptional product”)
• GranCucina cooking: score achieved 77.9%, 1 star (corresponding to “noteworthy product”)

This exciting result, testifying to the high quality of our products, represents an important tool for communicating the value of IFFCO to the market, customers and final consumers.

Since 2005, the Taste Institute has evaluated over 15,000 food and beverage products from all over the world through a jury made up of prestigious Chefs and Sommeliers on the basis of sensory characteristics.
