Issues Handling Procedure
As part of the continuous improvement journey IFFCO recognizes that certain events in its supply chain may not always comply with its Sustainable Palm Oil commitments. To address these instances IFFCO has established an Issues Handling Procedure to provide transparency and an open and robust process for dealing with the issues.
