MFR (milk fat replacers) series are designed to mimic the milk fat texture and melting range with tailor made flavor profiles according to the customer requirements. FFT 45 is a highly specialized mid fraction used in analogue cheese applications, ice cream and cooking creams with excellent melting and flavor release. Lauric fat options such as SCO and ICMP series can also be used in a wide variety of textures and melting profiles for different types of products such as spreadable analogue cheese, whipped creams and hard cheese blocks. One of our most recent innovations is DFR 34-39 designed for different types of processed cheese.
