The largest and most comprehensive of its type in the region, the CEC covers 2,300 sqm and has fully equipped dedicated areas for the IFFCO PROFESSIONAL solution categories: Frying and Cooking, Baking, Indulgence, Beverages, Non-Food, Plant Based Meat.

Within each area of excellence, the Pristine Café, Guardex Hygiene Corner, Pristine Gourmet Kitchen, Pristine Pâtisserie and Indulgence Corner, we provide unparalleled access to our fully equipped kitchens, meeting rooms, breakout zones, and ancillary support structure, topped off with the 360 Digital Audio-Visual theatre, which can even live-stream activities, workshops and demonstrations.
