    IFFCO Group’s THRYVE™ to Showcase Plant-Based Innovations at Gulfood Green 2024

    Dubai, UAE – 18 September – IFFCO Group’s THRYVE™ is thrilled to announce its participation in the Gulfood Green Natural Food Expo, taking place from 24-26 September 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. We are excited to showcase our latest product innovations including our 100% plant-based food solution “THRYVE” as well as contribute to the dialogue on sustainable food solutions.

    Located in Dubai Industrial City, a Tecom Group initiative, THRYVE™, IFFCO’s Plant-Based Venture is the first 100% plant-based manufacturer in the Middle East, specialising in sustainable meat alternatives, with a range of plant-based beef and chicken products, including Western and Local portfolio.

    Be sure to visit our stand to savour Chef John’s Exclusive Menu, where each dish showcases the versatility of our products and embodies a flexitarian approach to healthy, enjoyable eating. Chef John will be using our delicious, healthy and sustainable plant-based meat “THRYVE”, which is carefully crafted with Middle Eastern flavours to meet the local taste.

    Innovative demonstrations include:

    24th September: Shish Tawook Plant-Based Chicken with Saffron Flatbread, Hummus, Roasted Cauliflower, Pickled Onion, Toasted Chickpea, and Roasted Onion Skin Dusting.

    25th September: Firecracker Glazed Plant-Based Meatballs with Cauliflower Rice, Crispy Onions, Pomegranate, and Mint.

    26th September: Plant-Based Chicken Schnitzel with Spaghetti Milanese, Parmesan Cheese, Snipped Chives, and Charred Lemon.
