    IFFCO Code of Conduct

    IFFCO’s Code of Conduct is known as OurCode. It describes the standards and behaviors we instill across the board in our ways of working in our workspace, the market place and the communities we serve. OurCode is our ethical practices’ compass, helping us make the right choices and decisions.

    It’s divided into three main sections:

    • Ours to Value – Emphasizes core values and behaviors that all employees should uphold
    • Ours to Protect – Details how to safeguard assets, information and resources from misuse
    • Our Ways of Working – Defines appropriate conduct in the workspace, markets and communities IFFCO serves
